I don’t ever want to take you for granted, Mom
Mom
I hear her voice over the line her soft chuckle and I don’t want to take it for granted All my life she’s been there for me a quick call to mom I don’t want to take it for granted Sometimes I wonder how she did it all, us seven and her own load I don’t want to take it for granted
Mom love is some of the hardest of loves the constant care - to letting go I know now, and I won’t take her for granted I pray for those whose Moms have gone those with empty arms with pain in their heart You see them, God wrap them in your tender love especially today.
And if our moms are still with us, help us not to take them for granted Your soft “l love you” a precious gift, I know one day will ring in my memory So today and every day while I can I don’t want to take you for granted I love you Mom
