Not just another Cowboy Salad

As I was scrolling through Pinterest, looking for a good Cowboy salad recipe, I came upon many different versions. I found one that I liked and then revamped it to make it to my own tastes! I love the smoky bbq mayo dressing, and the Frito corn chip hoops add an awesome crunch to the salad!
